ProSing Karaoke Affiliate Website ProgramProSing has developed an affiliate website program that allows our clients to share a common website interface. Aside from logos and personal information, all websites will appear similar. Your benefit to this is that all websites are refreshed with new stock arrivals everyday. You bring your customers to your affiliate site and we process their orders. Every month, we send you a commission check usually equivalent to normal profit margins you already enjoy with ProSing. If all sites are the same, how do you know when it's my customer? Each client we register for an affiliate program is given a site code that is unique to them. Every time your customer orders from your affiliate site, the order carries your unique code along with your website name. What if I already have a website? Many affiliates already have a presence on the internet. Your new affiliate site would be a perfect compliment. Place a link on your site to your new affiliate site. What if I do not have a website? No problem. Register a domain name and within a couple days, your affiliate site wil be running. Add that domain name address to your existing advertising schemes, and watch the profits grow! What features are in the ProSing Affiliates Program? The affiliate website allows your customers to enter a full featured and stocked karaoke store and purchase product without your presence. It's open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Your customers purchase product, we collect the charges, ship the product and send you a check! Why are the internet prices more competitive? The internet is a unique and very competitive shopping environment. It allows your store to remain open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, unattended. Without the investment in manpower and overhead, prices tend to be lower. However, because we are carrying the costs of inventory, order fulfillment and collections etc., your overhead costs are much lower. So your profits are actually higher! How is an order processed? When your customer places an order, your unique site code and website name are sent with each order to our sales rep. The rep operates under the name KaraokeSales. Any communication between our rep and your customers will be done under KaraokeSales. After the customer's order is processed and their credit card approved, the order will be sent from our facility. A receipt is sent to the customer and yourself. You do nothing! What happens if my customer has questions online? Your customers can contact our sales rep online anytime. Any interaction will be done using the name KaraokeSales. Who can my customers call for inquiries? We provide an 800 number for your customers to call. They can leave a message and our rep will return calls usually within 24 hours. As an online entity we stress that they use e-mail as a means of communication for faster interaction. How do I know you’re not stealing my customers? Our loyalty is to you, the store owner. It would not benefit us to contact your clients in any way. Your success is our success! How do I get traffic to my internet store? Much the same way you get customers to your present business. Just add a note to your present advertising media regarding the site. There’s also multiple methods of advertising via the internet. Your advertising campaign and budget is at your discretion. You are responsible for providing traffic to your virtual store. Does ProSing advertise my site? No. You are responsible for bringing your customers to your site. There are many ways of doing that. It's usually best to add your website address to your present advertising. How much can I expect to make? There are no limits to what you can make online. That said, we make it clear that the affiliate program is not a "Get Rich" scheme in any way. The affiliate program is a tool. It is a method to provide information and product availability to your customers. Guide your customers to your site to search for songs or new releases. Look up hardware specs. Checkout the glossary section. In the end, they will recognize how easy it can be to order online. What if I want to sell product cheaper in my physical store? That is up to you. We will not disable ordering online, but you are welcome to notify your customers of special offers you'd like to make them. That notification must happen outside the scope of the website. Can I add my own product, information or customized features on the website? In general, no! Our affiliate clients are not allowed access to the website. Any change or modification requests should be sent to us. We listen to what our clients need. If it makes sense, it will likely be done. Please do not hesitate to make any request. We want you to be happy and make money. In doing that, we make money! Website changes are reflected across all sites. We have to be careful in the changes we make. How do I get into the search engines and get more traffic? Getting your affiliate site to rank in the search engines will be near impossible! Your site is shared among many other affiliates and consequently, share the same IP address. If your plans including generating traffic from the internet, you should investigate developing your own website. Our affiliate program is strictly for those clients who have have potential for traffic already. Most affiliates will have storefronts or an existing customer base they can market to. Also, investing in email schemes, bulk mailing or traffic generating schemes will be a huge money lose venture. They do not work! The reasons they do not work could go on forever.
