Karaoke Soundtracks: Due to the nature of soundtrack sales and copyright laws, soundtracks cannot be returned for anything other than replacement of the identical item purchased. Should a replacement be necessary due to damage or defect, a note indicating the specific problem must be attached. Your merchandise will be tested by our technician before any credits or exchanges are processed. The soundtrack titles include but are not limited to CD, CD+G, DVD VCD, or cassettes.
Equipment: We will gladly exchange your full purchase price within 30 days of the original purchase date. All equipment must be returned in it’s original packaging and must include any owner’s manual, connecting cables, microphones, and any and all other accessories. Any equipment that appears to have been used or is not in new condition will be sent back and no credit or exchange will be issued.
Defective Equipment: We will gladly exchange any defective equipment within 30 days of the original purchase date. You must provide your original invoice and return the equipment in it’s original packaging. A note must be enclosed indicating the specific problem. Your merchandise will be inspected by a technician before any credits or exchanges are processed. After 30 days manufacturer warranty applies.
Return Procedures: ProSing must be notified within 48 hours of receipt of any merchandise that is received damaged. ProSing will then contact UPS to pick up the merchandise to determine if it was mishandled during shipment.
Bad Addresses: Additional UPS charges will apply for bad addresses or rerouting of orders.
UPS Recalls: There will be a $10 charge for any
UPS package that is intercepted, rerouted or recalled per the following circumstances...
Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Return the package to the shipper
Redirect the package to a new address
Hold the package for delivery on a future date
Hold the package for pickup at hub
Procedures
Do not send any merchandise back to ProSing without first obtaining a
return authorization number.
Enclose a copy of the invoice and a written explanation for the return. Also write the return authorization number on the invoice and on the return label to ensure proper credit. Upon receipt of product in our warehouse, please allow 5 business days for the return to be processed.

All returns must be insured. If damaged or loss occurs during the return shipment, you will be responsible for any and all replacement/repair fees.
Items received with apparent misuse or neglect will not be accepted and will be returned.

IXT Systems and Emerson Returns
ProSing's 30 day return policy applies to IXT Systems
and Emerson Returns. After the 30 day period, you have an extra 60 days to return
defective products. The buyer is responsible for paying a $15.00 shipping and
handling fee.
