USPS can only accommodate 6 Jewel Cases or 20 Sleeved discs. When shopping, weights can be viewed on each product. Jewel cased products weigh .16 Lbs. Sleeved products weigh .05 Lbs.

however, it is NOT a guaranteed traceable service and may take up to two

What is your shipping policy?
ProSing will only ship product to addresses that are registered with your credit card company. If you are shipping to an address other than your billing address, you must call your credit card company and register that address as one of your "Ship To" locations. If your shipping address does not match during our credit card verification, your order will not ship! We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.
Yes! We ship around the world!
However, due to various shipping method, weight and shipping
requirements, occasionally we can not accurately determine the international
shipping rate. We will send a shipping estimate via
email. However, due to the many possible variables involved with international
shipping, the customer agrees to pay any and all extra charges incurred by any
carrier. This also includes VAT, GST, or customs fees. These fees are the responsibility
of each customer and will be added to your credit card charges when we become
aware of any additional expenses. This is a charge that is out of our control.
We do not add extra charges. If you have any questions, please contact your country's
customs department prior to purchasing. We
also require you to have a copy of your ID and your credit card fax or scan to
us in order to prove you are the actual cardholder. Please send us the document
ASAP to avoid any shipping delay!

We may be able to accommodate special shipping arrangements. You will have to phone in your order with the aid of a sales representative. Phone numbers can be found on the contacts page.
Will I get my package tomorrow if I select Overnight shipping?
Orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed and picked up by the carrier that same day. Assuming you are in a location that the carrier can reach overnight, you should receive your package. There are some rural areas that may not qualify for overnight delivery.
I selected Overnight Saturday Delivery. Why didn't I get my package?
Orders placed before 12:00 Noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) will be processed and picked up by the carrier that same day. We cannot guarantee Saturday Delivery to all locations. Some rural locations do not qualify for Saturday Delivery. Please contact UPS for further information.
What does Overnight Possible Saturday Delivery mean?
Assuming you select this shipping method, your package will be delivered on Saturday providing you have placed your order before 12:00 Noon EST (Eastern Standard Time) and UPS makes Saturday Deliveries to your location. Some rural locations do not qualify for Saturday Delivery. Please contact UPS for further information.
Why can't I ship product to anywhere I want?
Internet fraud has prompted online retailers to take extra security measures for your protection and ours. We will ship to any address you have registered with your credit card company. If your shipping address is the same as your credit card billing address, there should be no problems. If you want to ship to an address other than your billing address, you must call your credit card company and provide them with that address. That way, when we process your credit card, your order will not be stopped.
Your special says free shipping, but I'm being charged. Why?
Some of our specials are offered with free shipping. Due to the various items we have on special and the many ways those items can be packed, it is difficult to accurately show that in your shopping cart. The Sales Department will catch these orders and process them correctly.
